Readiness Score not showing up

I have a charge 6 that I have had for 3 weeks. It has app version 4.26.1 and I have updated android pixel 7. Neither the app or watch show a readiness score. How do I get this update ? Thanks

Hello @WWJD1963 

This help page has the details for the updated Readiness score (<-- click link), including the changes. The Readiness score algorithm uses Resting heart rate and your sleep data.

I seem to recall that it took more than 7 days for my updated Readiness score. Please keep wearing your Charge 6 and make sure that you're getting your sleep data, including HRV. When the algorithm has sufficient data, it should generate your daily readiness score.
