Recording short naps manually in the fitbit app

ANSWERED

My fitbit 6 usually doesn't record sleep when I have my usual 30-minute nap in the afternoon. How can I add it to my sleep in the fitbit app? I can only find how to edit my night sleep, not how to add sleep the way I used to do it on the web.

@FGA1949   Tap on your green "+" button on your app.  You might or might not have the same options as on my screenshot.

Hello @FGA1949 and welcome to the Community.  Your Fitbit doesn't record those short naps, because the minimum for automatic tracking is one hour.  You have two options.  Press the green "+" button and:

  • Choose Start sleep in the Track live section, then take your nap.  You will see a screen where you tell the app you are awake to end your nap.
  • Choose Log sleep in the Manually log section to log the times after the fact.

What I'm looking for, and can't find, is precisely the Manually log section
in the app. How do I go there?
