Red Lines

My charge 6 just started showing red lines around the time of day numbers,the numbers turn white & heart rate and date disappear. When I move my wrist it goes to the original clock face for a couple of seconds then turns white with the red lines again. Everything seems to be syncing and tracking.. 
This just started yesterday after a update on the tracker, could this be due to the update or is there an issue with the tracker, it is only 6 months old

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6 yet? That's usually the first troubleshooting step to try.

Another troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. If you haven't done this before, this page has the instructions on how to change the clock face (<-- click link). If this works to fix your display, you can change back to the clock face that you prefer.

If these don't work, the next step is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
