Reminders to move not working

My ‘reminders to move’ no longer works. I’ve tried turning it off and on again on the app, and tried changing the times and days of week, but it simply doesn’t work any more. Any suggestions?

Hello @MB115 

When the reminders to move don't show up on my device, I do the same thing that you tried. However, I manually sync after I turn off the reminder and sync again after I turn the reminder back on, followed by restarting my Fitbit. This method has worked well for me.
