Hi everybody,
I am a newbe and bought a charge 6 recently. I have AFib. The reason for buying this watch is to see my current heart rate and the ECG function. I do not need the time or anything else.
I need a face that shows heart rate in a font as big as the time in the default font. I can not read the heart rate now.
I expected to be able to change the face to heart rate only. I contacted support but there is no such face. Current situation is that I need to get my reading glasses. Alternative, I can tab 2 times and zoom in and move to the heart rate. However, this setting is lost soon.
A face with a clear heart rate would make this watch suitable for heart patients.
Did I buy the wrong watch?

Hello @CeesDoets and welcome to the Community. Fitbits like the Charge 6 have limited clock face options. Only those in your Gallery. The best way to give feedback to Fitbit/Google about this is in the Fitbit app. You tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback. I don't think this will help you. Users have been asking for a larger heart rate on different models for many years. Fitbit doesn't seem to have this in their plans.
Personally, I don't think a Charge 6 will meet your needs and you should return it if you are in the return window. I wear a Sense 2. It has more clock faces, but I haven't found anything that qualifies as large heart rate.
