I had started a warranty replacement for my charge 6. This Jenny Rhose from chat told me to send it my device and cable twice after being told id get the csble back. I get my dispatch and no cables listed. I contact and they "assure me" it's coming. get the parcel and it's not there. now I'm waiting longer and have a paper weight currently.

Hi there, @kelsy324.
Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 6, and the time taken while contacting our Support team. I understand how frustrating this has been, and I apologize for this experience. We value every comment shared by our members as it helps us to improve our services, and yours won't be the exception.
I checked with our team and it seems they already sent you an email with more information. If you haven't done so, please check your inbox, spam or junk folders to receive an update or details about their resolution.

Hi, I am fairly certain that my instructions said to return the charging cable with my defective fitbit. However my replacement showed up today in a small package and no charging cable. The very first contact I had with a Fitbit rep did tell me to keep the cable and band, but nothing happened on that replacement event. Does not look good for this product and support.

Maybe because the return process is managed by the google store now, the fitbit CSRs don't have the definitive info on this. The email I got from the google store with return instructions clearly says not to return accessories like the band or charger unless it is the accessory itself that is being replaced. I believe that the person I talked to also did specifically say not to return the band/charger. But it seems not everyone knows so they might just give what they think is the best answer.

Personally, I'd go on Amazon and buy a 2 pack. Then eventually I'd have spares. These cables break to easy and it is nice to have a second cable, if needed, in the car or at work.
