Rogue Echo Bike

Does anyone know if the Charge 6 will pair with the Rogue Echo Bike.

@igger I believe you're asking whether Charge 6 can broadcast HR to Echo Bike. It should be able. Echo Connected Console supports both ANT+ and BLE connectivity. Charge 6 broadcast via BLE so it should work.

@igger Unfortunately, after Charge 6 has been released it came up it can pair with very few apps/machines. The way Fitbit implemented broadcasting doesn't generate the same behaviour as other external HR monitors. Except pairing it to my phone running Strava app, I haven't manage to get it working with any equipment I own (and also the equipment in my gym) and neither with Zwift or Rouvy apps. This is rather dead feature if Fitbit won't implement it correctly.

No idea how it happened, as the Echo bike's Bluetooth was not turned, but it displayed the HR from the Charge 6 and it was accurate.

@igger did you ever figure out what worked here?  Trying to accomplish same thing for my echo.  Did you connect to any apps on your phone that may have facilitated the connection?

Ended up getting a Polar H10 and it works flawlessly with the Echo bike.
