I have purchased fitbit charge 6 through google store. My fitbit won’t connect to my phone, won’t track my sleep, won’t be able use google maps and youtube music since it cant Find my phone. Reset several times same issue. In general terrible product. Now I want to return and get refund. Fitbit has 45 days return policy. I contact google store support for return, they said they only do return within 15 days. The product policy is 45 days!!! I explain them they forward me to fitbit help center, i talk to them they say since i bought it through google store they should refund it, i talk to google store they say go to fitbit. Now I have one malfunctioning devise i am trying to return for 15 days with same loop. Scammers !!! I have screened and saved all the conversations and will complain. DON’T BUY ANYTHING THROUGH GOOGLE STORE, DON’T BUY FITBIT PRODUCTS
