A new and irritating bug appeared the last day or so... I set my FitBit Charge 6 Screen Wake = MANUAL... it is all good and well for about 10minutes and then resets to Screen Wake = AUTO.
Tried all things, changed the Face to the default one, reset the FitBit, enabled/disabled sleep mode, and some other settings... each time, reset from Screen Wake Manual to Auto.
I realised, EACH time the Mobile APP syncs, the Screen Wake setting is reverted to "Auto".
FitBit App is latest, I also reset the phone - (not yet gone so far as to fix Google's mess and uninstall/reinstall the FitBit App)
Suggestions - other than to reinstall the app
Charge 6 (Firmware 220.31)
FitBit App (Android, v4.61.1)

I can confirm I've not had the issue since yesterday. Not sure if that's the same for everyone.

Me either, but I didn't see the firmware get updated nor did the fitbit app, so I'm baffled by this.

I also want to know why I was not able to find the setting for All-day sync in the android app.

I agree completely, I would love the option to remove the auto wake button completely from my inspire 3.

@AndreaFitbit: I'd be interested to know exactly what was the issue and how was it solved, while neither my Fitbit application on my phone, nor my Charge 6 did not got any visible update (app version or fw version)?

It seems that the problem has been fixed. People are saying that the issues with their watches have resolved. A fitbit moderator has stated the issue is resolved... No reason given, but i suspect that it was the way button instructions were translated or set... something as simple as a logic statement not responding properly when people made changes to the settings... Whatever... I am not a software guy... It works now...

The same for me.... I was stopping the app to keep the wake option on manual... then sometime last night I noticed that I forgot to stop the app, and the manual wake option was in effect... I played with things like a curious child for a while.. got tired and went to bed.. This morning... everything is right with the world again...

My Fitbit Charge 6 no longer displays when I turn my wrist. Have to press the button to bring it to life. When I swipe down and go to Screen Wake, it just says “Manual” underneath. No toggle, no choices. I understand this is a common bug with this model, and I can testify it definitely is NOT fixed. 😞

This thread was about the exact opposite bug, always being set to auto.
I have a sense 2, so there may be differences, but if the quick settings won't work, try the full settings app on the Fitbit or the device settings on the phone app. If those don't work, I would create a new thread for the issue.
