I bought 2 Charge 6s, one for me and one for my wife. I have no sleep score on my sleep tile on the app or on the Fitbit , but hers does. How do I get the sleep score to appear at least on the app?

Hello @SmittyBK
By any chance, did you set a sleep schedule?
Looking at the Sleep page in the app, this is How Fitbit calculates sleep score:

Hello @SmittyBK
Thank you for confirming that you set a sleep schedule.
Out of curiosity, have you & your wife tried switching Charge 6's? If she doesn't get a sleep score, then the issue is with your device and you should contact Support (<-- click link).
There's something else you could try. Some users reported that they were able to get a sleep score when they wore their device on the inside of their wrist. This might be worth a try.

Hello @raleighfit
Do you have tattoos, scars, or a very hairy area on your wrist where you wear your Fitbit?
Have you tried wearing your device on the inside of your wrist?

Hello @raleighfit
Thank you for confirming that your wrist area is fine and that you tried wearing your Charge 6 on the inside of your wrist, but still didn't get sleep stages.
The only other troubleshooting step I can think of is to change your sleep setting from Normal to Sensitive. Some users reported that they saw sleep score & stages after changing the sensitivity.
If you want to try this:
That said, I'm not fully confident that this will work for you.

I have no tattoos, scars, or hairy wrist, and I tried my right wrist and the underside of my left wrist without any luck.
