My Charge 6 doesn't always show sleep time, just '--'. Sometimes it does show but usually not. It's not a huge deal as it always shows on the app but it's a bit annoying that it doesn't appear on the watch.

I have the same problem too. You have to go into the fitbit app and manually sync the phone again each day to see the sleep app on the phone. My charge 4 used to sync automatically but this charge 6 doesn’t which is a bummer.

I just tried sync-ing. It didn't work. I was going to post that sleep NEVER shows on the watch, but yesterday strangely it did. I'm new to Fitbit. I've only had it for a couple of weeks. I think yesterday was the ONLY day that sleep did show. Just another of many annoyances.

I hear ya! My charge 4 worked like a charm. I didn't have all these weird sync issues. I just got my charge 6 so i'm going to try and return it today. A tracker should work easily. The sync function on mine is unreliable. So other things like find my phone and google maps are also iffy at best!

Hello @jontris & @Cathyrunner
This issue of one's sleep score not showing on the device or disappearing later in the day is one that other Fitbit users have reported. We are hoping that this will be fixed in a future update.
Although this bug is frustrating, the good news is that since you see your sleep score in the app that means your data was successfully uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers, so there's no loss of your sleep data.
