After much battling with Fitbit support. It looks like the sleep score issue was bug with app . As updated on android to new version which now shows battery level. So far everything is syncing and updating fine with out having to restart the device every time . Fingers 🤞🏼 .
Take care every one
I'm still shopping, haven't bought one yet, but I noticed a comments that might help. Someone said it takes a few days for the app to gather enough data. You've only had it to two days, so give it a bit more time.
Best AnswerThank you for your reply.
I had a charge 5 before so all data there . Just for some reason this one not updating on device . But only on the app . It's a great Improvement on 5 just this niggle over sleep score
Best AnswerHello @Yorkshireguy
I've seen some posts where users say that they see their sleep score in the Fitbit app, but not on their devices. Not sure what's going on with that. At least you're able to see your sleep score after restarting your Charge 6.
Although you may not be seeing your sleep score on your Charge 6, the good news is that you are seeing it in the app. That means your tracked data is being uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.
If I see any updates about this issue, I'll let you know.

Best AnswerHi thank you for your reply
I have noticed the last couple of days the days exercise isn't a showing either unless you re start the device . But showing in the app that you have met goal for day . So definitely something a miss
Kind regards
Best AnswerHello @Yorkshireguy
If you continue to see data missing in your Charge 6, you might want to consider seeing about getting an exchange since your device is so new.

Thanks for letting us know that the recent update fixed your sleep score issue. I wasn't aware that there was a bug causing problems with the sleep score. Just glad to see that your device is working properly for your sleep score.

Best AnswerSpoke too soon . Lol
Issue has raised its head again the last couple days . Spoke to Fitbit support, a report been generated, and there words more likely a software issue awaiting a email update .
Fit bit put ...There's a possibility that it would be on the software but I need to have this coordinated with the team of specialists for us to determine the diagnosis for the device.
So hopefully get sorted out this time . Fingers crossed
Best AnswerI just got a Charge 6 a few days ago and am also having this problem. Sleep Score and SPO2 are not showing on device, only on thr app, even after manually syncing data. Data shows after restarting the Charge 6, and interestingly after turning Bluetooth off and on again on the phone, but these are not acceptable long term solutions.
@Yorkshireguy did you ever get the problem resolved?
Best Answer@jovian yes Fitbit admitted it was faulty and replaced the device, it worked syncing then I noticed odd day doesn't sync so I think it's more a issue with the app .
My work around is ... If it shows in the app but Fitbit charge 6 .
I turn the Bluetooth off on phone
Close the app .
Re open app turn Bluetooth back on seems to sync the data .
Normally works first time but odd occasion have to do it few times .
I reported it via feedback in app but doubt nothing getting done .
Hope it works for you . But definitely think it's the Fitbit app .

Best AnswerThat's what I keep doing submit feedback .
No mines a Nokia x10 android 13 . It goes into do not disturb at night on sleep mode
I seem.to get 5 to 6 days out battery on charge 6 .
Don't buy charge 6. Problems with tracking sleep, heart rate, accurate steps, and battery dies after a couple days. I had a charge 5 for years and always worked great! Upgraded to charge 6 and so sorry I did.
Best AnswerWhy this is the answer? It has been almost a year and it still doesn't work. I see the sleep score only in the app.
