Over the past couple of months my sleep data intermittently does not display the sleep stages and heart rate info. It works fine for a while then will go several days missing this data. Last time I had to uninstall then reinstall the app which is very inconvenient. No tattoos or changes on my end. Haven't had complete sleep tracking in several days now. Anyone else have some insight on this? Thanks.

Hi @Chrisbla. I hope you're doing well! Let me help you with your missing sleep score.
I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
In order to get a sleep score, you need to receive sleep stages. If you received a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) check the following possible causes:
If you got your sleep pattern instead of sleep stages, tap on the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern. You should receive an explanation why sleep stages may be missing.
I hope these tips will help you find your sleep score!

Thanks David. I have tried all of the already published tips. I always sleep in the same position and normally same amount of time, which is more than 3 hours. Battery level is not low.

Hi @Chrisbla. Thank you for your response.
Have you gotten at least your sleep pattern? If yes, tap on the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern. You'll see an observation about the reason of your missing detailed sleep log.
I look forward to your response. Have a great day!

@Chrisbla , my wife never gets sleep stages and I suspect that is because the optical heart rate sensor that the Charge 6 uses to measure heart rate is unable to reliably measure Heart Rate Variance, which is one of the metrics used to determine sleep stages.
Try using the ECG App to run an ECG test. If the ECG test returns anything other than a 'Normal' sinus rhythm result, then the probabilility of getting sleep stages returned becomes greatly diminished.

Do you mean Sleep Duration or Timeline? I don't see Pattern anywhere.

Fitbit defines Sleep Patterns as the basic Awake, Restless and Asleep timelines, as opposed to getting the actual sleep stages.
