After initially working fine my Charge 6 now doesn't seem to be showing sleep stages details.
Initially I'd get details of oxygen levels and a detailed report now I only get 3 fields and no oxygen levels. As far as I can tell my oxygen levels are being tracked in general.
So far I have:
Rest the Charge 6
Reinstalled the app and synced again.
Made sure it's a good fit on my non dominant hand.
Made sure the firmware is upto date.
I'm using it with a fully upto date Samsung Galaxy A54
Still no sleep details.
Images below.
Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forums, @Cookie_Monster1, it is nice to see you here.
Thanks for explaining and for the screenshots in regards to the sleep stages using your Charge 6.
My best recommendation would be for you to check 'Why don't I see sleep stages today?' and follow the instructions in there explained, since there are certain reasons that can impact this situation with the stages.
Also, make you sure you're wearing the Charge 6 correctly.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I have followed all the guidance in the link and it's still the same. It's so odd that it did initially work then stopped, it been wearing it in the same place.
It appears to be tracking my heart rate and spo2 during the day and also in general overnight.

So from the screen shots below the Fitbit still appears to be tracking my heart rate and oxygen all night. Any other ideas?

Hello @Cookie_Monster1
It looks like your Charge 6 tracked your sleep last night, including stages, based on your latest screenshots.
What issue are you still having with your tracked sleep?

Mine has done the exact same thing, it was working just fine in the beginning, and about a month and a half after buying it it only started tracking like 2 things.

Hi. It used to provide a more detailed report, now I just get 3 basic fields. See screenshot. Thanks

Hello @GMan1000
Did your Premium subscription recently expire? I know the Charge 6 comes with 6 months of Premium subscription. The expanded sleep details are included as part of the Premium subscription.

I've owned the charge 6 less than a month so my premium subscription is just started. It worked fine on some nights now it doesn't seem too. It's poor really as my Charge 5 tracked my sleep amazingly.
---
Can anyone post screenshots of their screen? I am right that I should see more than the 3 basic fields aren't I?
Just want to be sure before I log a call.
Thanks

Hello @GMan1000
Do you see the words "fitbit premium" at the top of your Today page? If so, then you should be seeing more sleep details than what your screenshot shows. If you don't see the words "fitbit premium", then somehow there's an issue with your premium subscription.
Either way, you should proceed with contacting Fitbit support about your subscription.
FYI - Another user had a similar issue and reported that support had them do a Clear User Data, then restart their device. If support gives you this same advice, make sure to do a sync first. Clear User Data is the equivalent of doing a factory reset. Doing a sync first will prevent any loss of data.

Yep definitely a Fitbit premium subscription. I'll contact support then.
It's so odd it worked for a wéek then nothing since.
Cheers.

Don't waste your time. I'm having same issues:
sleep duration is not correct
no sleep score for 10 days now
readiness score all messed up as a result
health metrics have not shown 5/5 since feb 27th
no breathing rate in days
heart rate variability nothing in over a week
no stress management score in days
last stres mgmt score was last tues
It worked properly for about a month and then all this started happening. I've done multiple restarts, factory reset.
I can't get a refund and trying to get a replacement is proving difficult.
total rip-off.

Still no luck. Support have contacted me again and asked me to do the same things again.
How many more times do they expect me to reinstall the app and reset the Fitbit?
---
So after multiple emails I've had a reply basically telling me I just have to hunt the information down by clicking through sub menus. I'm not sure why the info doesn't appear in the daily summary now. It always showed as one report on my Charge 5 and initially did on my Charge 6. Did they break the app? Is it a bug? Or now a feature?
Anyway I've posted their reply below.
""Thanks for replying and for attaching the screenshots! This information is helpful in understanding your sleep data.
We can see from the screenshots that your Fitbit is tracking your sleep, but it appears you might be missing some details in your daily summary.
Here's the good news: You can access the full breakdown of your sleep stats by clicking on each tile within the sleep report.""
Then there's another 2 paragraphs explaining where I can hunt each bit of information down in the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Surely the whole point of a summary is so I don't have to do that.
