I'm a new user of the Charge 6. First Fitbit
I understand the full 40 exercises comes up when I start tracking via the device. But when I try to start tracking an exercise via the app, I'm only given 4 options? Run, Walk, Hike, Bike. And I can't edit or add more exercise modes? Is this for real a conscious design choice/limitation or am I missing something, how to do it?

@Sugar322 in the early days of Fitbit, we tracked activities in the app because Fitbits were simple devices that didn't do much beyond counting steps.
Modern Fitbits all have an exercise app. You'll get data that is more complete and accurate by tracking your workouts directly on your Charge 6. I don't expect to see changes or enhancements to exercise tracking in the Fitbit app in the future.

Ah ok I had entirely the wrong idea. I was thinking I could use the app to start it but the device still does the actual tracking. So yeah it is just the 4 options on the app but thats to use the phone to track. Ok, I'll do as intended, use the device when starting to track.
Thank you for the response, I'm very new to this tracker thing. Appreciate it
