I used a Fitbit a few years ago for a short while until I became pregnant. I’ve recently started my fitness/weight loss journey again and have just bought a new Fitbit, but wondering how best to start again with my stats on the app because my account still has the figures and achievements from 2021, even after I’ve removed the old device. Any thoughts? TIA

You could create a brand new account. That's the only thing I can think of.

Hello @kumram1
Creating a new account is the fastest way to start fresh as @DramaQueenDiva suggested.
The other way is to manually delete your old data from your Fitbit account. This is a time consuming process since you need to go into each data category and select delete. Based on posts I've read, it can take a few hours to about a day for the data to clear depending on how much data there is.
If you want to try manually deleting the data:
- Tap on your picture (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page
- Tap on Your data in Fitbit
- Tap on Deletion options under Data and features
- This will open the Manage Your Fitbit Data page. Swipe up and tap on each data category to start deleting the old data
