I have a charge 6 that's become unsensitive to my steps. It doesn't count anything when I'm inside my house walking around. I looked at it once and counted manually: 21 steps before it started registering.
I know i previously had about 10.000 steps a day, give or take 2000. I am not moving less but it gives me maby 4000 to 5000 a day now.
So irritating! How do I fix this?

Hi @s1aori, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you to improve the steps tracking with your Charge 6.
If you feel that your step count is inaccurate, confirm your wrist settings (For more information, see How accurate are Fitbit devices? below the section
Does the wrist I wear my device on affect accuracy?)
If you are holding the watch towards you to see stats while you are walking, that might impact the accuracy of the reading. However, if you feel the accuracy has worsened lately, maybe a restart can resolve this. To do so:
- Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
- Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
