Steps and activity data transfer from old phone

I have recently changed my phone(samsung to new samsung).

However, when i connected my fitbit charge 6 to the new phone, i don't see the previous steps history or activity history though i can track the sleep and weight details.

Kindly assist in retrieving all the previous steps and activity details to the new phone.

And i was able to export the fitbit data from old phone.

• How can i import it to the new phone?

There's been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see some of our historical data. Based on the user reports that I've seen, it's mostly step tracking and activity history. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the problem is on the Fitbit side.
