My Charge 6 has stopped syncing, I've reset it multiple of times, force stopped the app on my One+ phone multiple of times & verified Bluetooth is enabled. It was working fine yesterday, This morning I noticed it stopped recording sleep and determining my readiness score. It is recording steps, hourly activity, heart rate & spO2% but won't snyc to app...

Hello @Dunwoody_3450
This help page (<-- click) has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try when you're having trouble syncing to the app.
FWIW, I have noticed that lately it seems to take longer for my device to sync to the app. And, I've recently had more failed to sync occurrences, as well. What works for me is to turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turn them back on.
Also, there was a widespread outage earlier this month (10 & 12 Jun 2025). I can't help but wonder if there's still a residual issue from those outages that hasn't been completely resolved.

I spent 4 hours "chatting" with "support" they suggested "fixes", many I had already done but did them again. All failed to fix my Fitbit Charge 6's ability to sync, record sleep or calculate readiness. It needs to be replaced, it's under warranty, their suggestion? Wait for any forthcoming updates that my "fix" my issues.
