‘Sync from the Fitbit app’ message

Hi my charge 6 is charging ok but it is flashing continually  ‘sync from the Fitbit app’. I cannot get it to sync, I don’t think the app recognises my charge 6.

Let me help you with the syncing issues you are experiencing with your Charge 6.

Usually when you connect your Charge 6 for the first time to your account the fitbit device shows a message similar to "download the Fitbit app to sync". Is that the message your are receiving?

It may be possible that you have mistakenly removed your Charge 6 from your account. So, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon, do you see an image of a Charge 6? If not, tap on "add more devices". Choose the Charge 6 and follow the on-screen instructions to continue. fFor reference see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you do see an image of a Charge 6, share a picture of  the message you receive so i can further investigate.
