Looking for some help. Just bought a new Charge 6 and it has synced to my phone (eventually) but screen of C6 says...go to phone. I click open. Message on phone appears saying I can't access page due to problem with server.
Never had issues with new FB b4. Is it a dodge FB and do I return or am I doing something wrong. If anyone could help that would be amazing.
To add. App is counting my steps and metrics....so it's a bit weird.

Are you trying to sync your device when you get the message: go to phone?
