That usually means that you have accidentally turned on 'Sleep Mode' from Quick Settings.  Swipe down from clock face to quick settings; look for half moon; if it is bright, tap to turn off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Durnfords and @JohnnyRow, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

In addition to what @JohnnyRow mentioned, there's a screen wake feature in the device. When the screen wake setting is on, turn your wrist toward you to turn on the screen.

Press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap screen wake to turn it on or off. When you turn it off, the icon appears dim with a line through it.
