Universal music controls

I really wish the Charge 6 had universal music controls or access to other apps like Spotify. I have no intention of getting YouTube Music and I’m sad there’s no other way to control music. I like my Fitbit and it was a gift so I won’t return it, but I don’t think I would’ve chosen this model if I’d known it only worked with a paid YouTube Music subscription.

There's no good reason to not support other music services. The watch should at least support a couple of alternatives such as Spotify and Deezer.

Many of us agree that universal music controls would be the perfect feature for the Charge 6. You might want to consider voting for this feature request in the Product Feedback forum: Add music controls to the Charge 6 (<-- click link)

I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested and how popular the feature request is with other users.
