Unpredictable data synching

Past few days charge 6 not synching Has there been an update as the page to force a ‘synch’ has changed recently? It looks as though it is about to synch .. the data appears in the app then disappears. The app says ‘just synched ‘ but no data other that the basic steps  for a day. Phone says Fitbit connected- have been through all the turning offs and ons/ / removing Aoo and reloading/ u tube help  etc.. now run out of ideas ..

Several users have reported issues with syncing. Please see this thread (<-- click). If you're an iOS user, another iOS user posted the steps they used to get their iPhone syncing with the app again. 

Have you already tried removing your Charge 6 from the app, uninstalling, then re-installing the app and setting up your Charge 6 as if it was a new device?
