Unresponsive Screen / Display not turning on - Charge 6

So appearently last night at 12:10am my Charge 6 fitbit stopped recording my sleep and heartrate. When I woke up I realized that the screen was not turning on. I tried tapping the screen 2 times and  3 times just in case it was in like waterloo mode, I twisted my wrist is all sorts of ways to wake the screen and I tapped the two buttons on the side multiple times. Non of these methods have worked. When I go onto the fitbit app it says the last time it was synced and when I try to re-synce it to my phone it says it's unable to locate my fitbit. I got the Charge 6 fitbit last year since my husband and I were doing a weightloss journey so it's not really old or anything like that. I did Charge it yesterday morning and based on what the fitbit app states, my fitbit was sitting at a 96% before this craziness happened. I did try to place it on the Charger to try to work up the screen and that didn't work and I also tried changing the face screen and that didn't work as it tells me that it cannot locate my fitbit. I don't know where to go from here and miss my fitbit work haha. All help and suggestions is greatly appreciated

Thank you for bringing to my attention the problems you are facing with your Charge 6 display not turning on. 

Thank you as well for the troubleshooting efforts you performed. Are you able to see the green lights behind the tracker ?
Please try to restart your device as shown here : How do I restart my Fitbit device?

At first it didn't work until I started randomly holding buttons and messing with the charger. What caused this it to act like this ? glitch?

Sometimes there is a firmware update pending, and the restart helps in the process.
