WORKOUT now syncs as ACTIVITY

ANSWERED

Initiated a WORKOUT via device now this workout is showing up as ACTIVITY in the app.  I'm pretty sure it used to just say WORKOUT on the app too. This change showed up for me after my Friday's (5/30) exercises.  Anyone else notice a change in naming of their activity initiated on the device to what it's being labeled as in the app?

I don't understand why the Fitbit team made this "update".  It's a meaningless change and not useful at all.

@KatherineNY   I saw a similar post in the Inspire 3 forum.  So I tried it on my Sense 2 and got the same result.  It looks like this was changed to Activity across devices.  I don't understand, either.

Thanks for that!  I thought my app/device were acting up.  Now I have to find another type of device initiated exercise that will sync up as named and not just be labeled ACTIVITY.
