Since Thursday, 26/9, my walks have not synced to the Fitbit app. Fitbit recognises the walk and can read the details but when the walk is finished it doesn’t sync to the app. It happens when I don’t take my phone with me or not. Fitbit is set to recognise a walk. Last evening I reset the Fitbit but the same thing happened on today’s walk. Help please?

Hello @joanchop
There is/was an issue on the Fitbit side that affected syncing data, included completed exercises, from Fitbit devices to the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on a fix.
That said, I know there were updates to both the Android and iOS versions of the Fitbit app that started rolling out recently. The Android version is 4.26.1 and iOS is 4.26. Have you had a chance to see if you have an update for your app?

Thank you for your reply. Checked Fitbit app settings and is showing version 4.26.1, so no update required.

Hello @joanchop
Thank you for confirming that you're on the latest app version.
I've seen Moderators posts acknowledging that there's still a syncing issue and the team is working on fixing the problem.
Since the issue is on the Fitbit side, there isn't any troubleshooting we can do on our side.
Are you getting your weekly progress email from Fitbit? If so, check to see that it shows the correct number of exercise days. If it does show the correct number of exercise days, that indicates to me that your data is getting uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. When the syncing issue is finally resolved, your historical data should show in the app.
