The amount of water logged on the app stopped updating the water tile on Jan 13, 2025. I am able to log the amount of water I drink, but the water tile shows zero. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello @FitCharlotte
Have you tried turning off the water tile on the Today page, then turning it back on?
You might have to try deleting and re-installing the app to get the water tile to update properly. Also, make sure that you are on the most current app version, 4.34.

Thank you @RiekoC for your suggestions. I do have the most current app version. Turning the water tile off and then back on did not work. I had considered deleting and reinstalling the app, but think that should not be the way good software works. However, I went ahead and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It lost the detailed water entries for 2.5 days and set them to zero. Previous data is okay. I had to try to remember and reenter the detail for today, but the prior 2 days are now incorrect. Not a big deal, but I get tired of having to use work arounds to solve software problems! Thanks again for your encouragement and suggestions.

Hello @FitCharlotte
Sorry for the inconvenience and the loss of your water entries for 2.5 days. If you haven't already tried, you should be able to enter at least the total amount of water for the missing days. I've had to go back and complete water entries several times when I forgot to log them in.

The water tile updated after uninstalling and installing the app on 1/15/25, continued to function properly the next 3 days. Today, 1/19/25 after logging my first three 8 oz servings of water I entered an additional 12 oz. The water tile did not increase to 36, but stayed at 24. It will not update. I tried clearing the cache and force stopping the app, but that did not resolve the problem.
