I have the app, it's sync continuously. I read about Fitbit Charge 6 tracks the skin temperature but I can't find anywhere in the band screen or app.
I am using this in Australia

Skin temperature, as measured by some Fitbit devices, is part of the health metrics your device is tracking and shouldn't be mismatched with body temperature you usually measure with a thermometer. For detailed information on that please have a closer look here:

Hello @Asimov6 and welcome to the Community. Fitbits don't measure and report your skin temperature, like a forehead thermometer will. They measure your skin temperature and establish your baseline. They report a skin temperature variation during sleep in your Health Metrics. You can get more information from this Help article.
