I was able to change the clockface on my Charge 6. I'm using one called "Ripple". It says you can switch the stats showing, but how/where do you do that? Instead of showing zone minutes on the face, I'd like to see my step count. I've read other posts on this where Fitbit said to restart the Fitbit device, which I did. They said to clear the cache in the app, which I did. Still nothing showing where I can customize. Thanks

Best AnswerJust tap on the screen while the watch face is showing and it will change zone minutes to steps. If you tap again, it will show another data like heart rate, then calories, etc. So, just tap on the clockface until it shows the data you want and it should stay that way until you change it again.

Thank you for your reply AxB. I did that and saw my steps, but any time I swipe up/down to view other stats, it changes back to the original. I'd like to customize so my steps are always showing. Thanks again
That is strange. Because I tried it on my Charge 6 and once I set the watch face in question to show steps, it keeps showing them even after I scroll around for other stats, etc.
I just tried this as well. I tapped the main screen on my watch until it displayed steps. I then scrolled around to various screens. Scrolling vertically and horizontally. When I went back to the main screen, the steps were still there.
Open Fitbit app. In the upper left of the screen you'll see the battery level, ex: 97%. Click on the battery level. That will show the devices connected. Choose your charge 6. That will open up to boxes to choose from, click "gallery". When that opens, there will show, in the middle top 3 options that will say, " charge 6/clock/app" click on "clock" . That will pull up about 20 clock face options. Choose the one you'd like and click install. Wait for your Fitbit face to change it, it takes anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds. Done!
