Where is the exercise shortcut setting for the Fitbit Charge 6?

Hi All, I just received my new Charge 6, upgrading for a fault Charge 5 device.

First strange encounter: I was forced to switch to the Google Account, otherwise I could not install it. Fine, let's say...However the second one appeared. I cannot find anymore the exercise shortcut on the Charge 6 page on the app. On this page besides the Apps is only Wrist, Notifications, Irregular..., Reminders to Move, Main Goal, Sync, Device Lock and Remove...

@Tinu   All of the shortcuts are on the Exercise app on the Charge 6 device.  You open the Exercise app on the Charge 6 and select your shortcut on the screen.  As you continue to use your Charge 6, your list self populates with your recent shortcuts, with the rest below.

Laurie | Maryland
Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

@Tinu - the app doesn't have a section for you to select exercise shortcuts on the Charge 6. It has all (40, I think) of them already on the device, and keeps the 5 most-recently-used shortcuts at the top of the list, once you start tracking them on the Charge 6. Below that, you'll find the "more" button, which you can tap to see the rest of the list in alphabetical order.

Unfortunately, there's no way to keep the same top-5 above the "more" button in a specific order. There's a feedback post for it here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Product-Feedback/Allow-to-re-order-Exercise-app-list-on-Charge-6/idi... which you can add your vote/comments to.

@mikey_pdx @LZeeW Thank you very much for the explanation.

@Tinu Good day to you. Thanks for reaching out about the exercise shortcuts on your Fitbit Charge 6.

Let me explain. You do not see the setting to manually select the shortcuts on the device, since all of the activities are now selectable on your Charge 6. As you keep on tracking your activities, the most used will start showing at the top of the list. Thanks for your understanding.

Your inquiry is not clear to me. Did you mean that you are not able to sync the history of your account with another apps? If so, most of the apps are only sending information to the Fitbit app. Only some send and receive information from the Fitbit app. However, there are plenty of apps you can sync your Fitbit account with. Here you find instructions how to sync your account with another app: How do I connect Fitbit with another app?
