White screen with lines

The screen is white with black lines.  I’ve tried restarting, the clock screen has flashed on a couple times but then it goes back to the white with lines.

Hi, @Wenndy welcome to the community, allowing you have tried restarting your Charge 6 try changing the clock face to another in the Fitbit app on your phone. If you are still stuck you may have a faulty device and your way forward will be to talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good move to make a note of the steps you've taken so you can brief the agent clearly.

You do not mention how long you have had your Charge 6, you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy depending on where you are, and when and from whom you bought it. Note accidental damage is not covered.
