Wildly inaccurate data

My fitbit charge 6 is displaying wildly inaccurate information in sleep (miscalculating hours slept), exercise (recording 16 minutes out of a 2 hour session), and heart rate (heart rate 175?) data. It is also not recording any measurements for periods of time while charged and in use, both during sleep and activity Help please.

Fitbit has never found an answer to navigating Daylight Savings Time. Twice a year I have problems. The app and device usually returns to normal within a day or so.
