While I was charging my Fitbit the screen went black and my app said it was fully charged. So I took it off the charger and now it won't work at all. There are no buttons on it so I have to use the touch screen but the touch screen is not reacting. It seems like it needs to be turned on but I don't know how with the touch screen not working.

Hello @Alisonlewitas 

Which Fitbit device do you have? Since you mention that your device doesn't have a button, it can't be a Charge 6. The Charge 6 has a button/crown.

This help page has the instruction on how to restart your Fitbit (<-- click link). All the devices are listed, so you should be able to find the instructions for your specific Fitbit.
