my third and final fitbit.
only replaced the last one because it wouldn't sync anymore. planned obsolescence?
charge 6 - battery only lasts 72 hours. And no, not always on display.
silicon strap is uncomfortable and a poor fit. Elastic replacements do not secure sufficiently.
Why doesn't fitbit recycle their products
And finally, that this is the only way to complain is the ultimate insult. I do not want to interact with a chatbot. Almost a senior citizen so I can't afford to throw this one away. But am very tempted.

Just so that you're aware, employees from Fitbit are very unlikely to see your complaint here. If you use the chat feature at the bottom of the page, you will be talking to a real human who works at Fitbit and can assist you better than we can (we're users just like you).

I got my first fitbit 3 weeks ago.
I agree the charge 6 strap is a uncomfortable and a poor fit. It folds the wrong way under rather than over and seems like a gimmick and irritates . I replaced mine with an elastic and find it reasonably secure but a bit lose when running so have order a leather one today on amazon.
I find the battery does not last as long as others claim but I do have the sleep sensitivity up and I do cycle everyday but have auto detect off but may be still uses power.
The sleep tracker is more accurate that my previous huawei band. For running i preferred the huawei as every mile it told me my time and heart rate. I get a lot of low value buzzing on fitbit but I don't worry too much about tracking running.
