no option for alarm

I don't have the alarm icon when I swipe left as directed.  I only have clock face,notificatoins,eda scan, ecg , Google maps, then back to clock face. I have tried to reset/ restart, no change. I am waiting for email fro higher up support. Anyone  else have / had this issue?

Goto settings, charge 6, Gallery, top right apps, you should see “Alarm” tap and install app. Would recommend syncing your data with charge 6 and it should be on your tracker now. If the “alarm” showing “uninstall” tap that sync tracker then retry installing alarm again. I also find timer a good app to have.
