"Nice work" notification

I like to monitor my heart rate while doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Every time I do one of these workouts, I get a notification nine minutes in that says, "Nice work!" and gives me metrics of my workout to that point. That notification does not disappear on its own and I cannot get rid of it. As a result, I cannot monitor my heart rate. I have turned off notifications in every place I'm able to but .. no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, have you been able to resolve it? I'm all ears. I loved my Charge 4. I'm not at all happy with the Charge 6 I bought five months ago.

I believe under the exercise settings, on the Charge 6, there is an option to turn of notifications. This would be the only place that might work.

Thanks for your response. I tried that. It doesn’t work. Any other suggestions?
