I Quit Sugar with Sarah Wilson

 

 Has anyone ever tried this 8 week program!? Was it a feasible lifestyle change?

Hello @jbear44! Interesting, I haven't check that program yet, but quitting sugar do sounds good! 

 

I'm trying to use sugar the less I can, I started by quitting drinking sodas. Also, I don't use sugar for my coffee or tea anymore (and you enjoy the real flavor the most). I know sugar can get us fat! 

 

Even fruits, I'm trying to eat the necessary amount each day, but not more because of the sugar!

 

I'll check her program, sounds cool! 

 

Any tips you can give us? Smiley Very Happy
