App on iPhone is not responding. None of the buttons are working. My son can send messages and we will receive and reply but cannot initiate. He can call also and we will receive.

I am having the same issue. It started yesterday and I followed all the steps, deleted and reinstalled the app, turned off and on my phone, bluetooth, still not working. I tried to get support but call was transferred to a busy signal.
