I’m trying to set up a new ace Fitbit and it goes well until my payment can’t be processed. I looked on google and my credit card keeps getting declined. All info is correct. Is this my credit card, a google thing or an app thing? Anyone have this problem?? I never have trouble paying for anything.

According to this help article (<-- click link), the Fitbit Ace LTE Wallet accepts debit cards from Greenlight and GoHenry. It's currently not setup to accept credit cards.

Just wanted to double check that to see if you’re trying to set up an Ace subscription plan or are you trying to do the wallet feature?
