Fitbit Ace 3 LTE Time Incorrect

I have tried everything with this watch for my child and the time keeps jumping ahead an hour. We have not been in a different time zone. I have tried to contact support with no answer back. I have updated Family Link, the Fitbit App, the Ace App and nothing works. I am beyond frustrated with this watch and it is appearing it's pure junk.

Sorry to see that you're having problems with your child's Ace LTE showing the correct time.

This thread has the steps to how to change the time on the Ace LTE (<-- click link). Please let us know if this worked for you.

In case that doesn't work, here's the link for Fitbit Ace Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

This does not work. All automatic time zones are shut off and it still keeps changing. I want to return this piece of junk for a full refund.

I have tried contacting support and no one will get back to me. This is ridiculous.

I have been told I would be helped and have yet to receive any resolution. This is beyond ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 6-7642000037838

My child's Fitbit Ace 3 LTE is showing the incorrect time zone again and no matter what I try it does not stay to the correct time or time zone

Please use the Feedback option in the Fitbit Ace LTE app to report the issue.

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Ace app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit
