Yesterday the language changed on my son's Fitbit Ace LTE and I cannot figure out a way to change it back. The Fitbit Ace app doesn't have much for settings.

Hello @bork96
I believe the language setting is on the Ace device itself.
This help page has the steps to access Settings on the Ace device (<-- click link). Check Display to see if selection for language is there.

I am having the same issue. It also disconnected from the app so I can't see it and I can't pair it because the language is a character-based one so I can't figure out how to get to the correct screen.
Hoping someone from Fitbit sees this as I've tried calling their support line multiple times but I always get a "we can't answer your call right now" message and then the system hangs up. Very frustrating.

My son just did this, at least changed the keyboard language. Long press the space bar (bottom center button) and the language menu should come up. Choose English and then press the side button to get back to the keyboard.
Hope this helps.

Thanks. I was able to get to the keyboard but when I do the long press the options it brings up are in another language and I can't figure out how to change the language. I tried tapping each but nothing happened. Great idea though.

Update: Response from one of the team members:
The quickest way to fix the problem, especially since the parent's phone can no longer communicate with the Ace device, is to do a factory data reset. This process will delete the data on the device. The data should be restored when you set up the Ace again for your child.
Since the Ace is displaying in another language, here are some basic swipe, press, and tap instructions to get it to the right setting for this. It's usually
This help page also has the steps for doing a factory data reset (<-- click link).
After the factory data reset is completed, you should be able to set up the Ace device again. This page has the steps for setup (<-- click link) in case you need them.
Please let us know if this worked for you.
