The family quest is not syncing my steps to the Fitbit Ace app properly. I had over 10k steps yesterday and the app says I on had 1k. It is reading the watch when worn and my wife's stepsfrom her phone. Activity tracking is on in the app permissions. How does this sync and tracking work? Is it thru my own watch steps or do I have to carry my phone for the app to actively. Does is sync from my google fit account? Will it pull in past history for steps?

Hello @FrankM1010
Currently, only steps tracked by your phone will count towards the Family Quest. Syncing data from trackers or other fitness apps is not yet supported by the Fitbit Ace LTE app.
I understand that the team is working on including steps from trackers & apps (Fitbit, most likely), but I haven't seen a timeline for when this feature.

I have the same probably. Around the middle of April it stopped adding the steps from both my wife's and my Fitbit accounts. I did notice that Fitbit did an update in the beginning of April and that's when it started for me. We changed nothing, just stopped tracking. I've tried everything and at a lost. I'm waiting until this guest ends then I'm going to try unjoining the quest and rejoin again. Maybe this will help.
