Fitbit Ace Text/Call/Location Down for Days

What on Earth is going on?  There's a message on two of our Fitbit Ace LTEs that say the chat and voice are down and nothing...for days.  Location is also not working.

What's the error message you are getting on your watch? When I got a message that service was unavailable on my watch, it happened when I went into an out of service area and I had to restart the watch. To restart the watch, long press the top button until the restart option appears and let me know if that works for you.

After I restarted, I was able to make phone calls and messages.

It says "Reconnecting.... calls and messages will be back soon."

These are the Fitbit Ace LTE for kids.  We have two of them and both of them are still down. 

Yes, I have restarted many times.
