I got a response from a team member. They said to please check and confirm that the Ace device has been updated to the latest version.
You also might want to contact Ace LTE Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options for Support. They can help walk you through confirming that your device has been updated to the current version.

Yes, I believe I'm on the latest update (Android version 16, security update December 5, 2025; Season 8 ) after following the steps here. FWIW, Zoomies shows up in the list of games (even though it's locked) but Frankenforge does not. In App Info, Frankenforge (aka p11.games.monster_20250907_1630_RC00) shows with 0B storage, data, and cache. Zoomies (aka p11.games.whisker_20250106_2108_RC00 - is this game really a year old?!) has 0B storage and data but 49.15 kB cached.

I chatted with support and they said they couldn't help me and would escalate the ticket and email me back. I guess what I'd like to know is: does anyone else in the community have access to this game?
