Sorry to see you're having this issue. Have you already tried restarting the Ace device? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?
If you did try restarting the Ace without success, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Ace LTE app:
Although you might not get a response, the team receives and reviews the feedback reports.
Please let us know when you submit the feedback report so that I can let the team know to look for it.
In the meantime, I'm going to ask around to see if doing a factory data reset will fix the problem and will report back.

Update: I got a response from a team member who said to check that your child's Ace device is connected to Wi-Fi or LTE. You should be able to do this from the Settings menu on the Ace.
Personally, I'd still try restarting the Ace device after confirming it's connected to a Wi-Fi network.
