My app wasn't syncing and now access has been denied. Crazy error messages, Fitbit support was no help. Clueless as a matter of fact. Anyone else having this problem

the ower of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address (172.58.206.196) is the message.
Any suggestions on how to gain access again.

Or are you asking about am app on your tracker? Which tracker?
