Access Denied on Fitbit App

My app wasn't syncing and now access has been denied. Crazy error messages, Fitbit support was no help. Clueless as a matter of fact. Anyone else having this problem 

 

Error 1006

 

the ower of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address (172.58.206.196) is the message.

 

Any suggestions on how to gain access again.

Hello @juliek0826 are you asking about the Fitbit app on your phone? Which phone?

 

Or are you asking about am app on your tracker? Which tracker? 

This board is for apps found on the wrist, not the phone. If needed I'll be glad to move the post.

Hi,

Sorry I wasn’t aware, but support actually suggested I turn my phone off and on and when I did it reconnected!
