I’ve had my versa 2 for a little under a year and Alexa cannot hear me anymore.

Thanks for sharing that you have the Versa 2 and I'm sorry Alexa isn't working correctly. Just to confirm, do you mean that Alexa isn't understanding you? Or does nothing when you're interacting with it? Have you received an error message on your watch when opening Alexa? I'd recommend to try the following steps:

Hi Lizzy,
I’m having the same issue as Dave. Not getting an error message or anything. It says it’s listening but doesn’t hear me and then eventually times out. I’ve tried your recommendation and just about every other possible solution with no luck. Please help.
