Alexa cannot hear me on Versa 2

I’ve had my versa 2 for a little under a year and Alexa cannot hear me anymore.

Thanks for sharing that you have the Versa 2 and I'm sorry Alexa isn't working correctly. Just to confirm, do you mean that Alexa isn't understanding you? Or does nothing when you're interacting with it? Have you received an error message on your watch when opening Alexa? I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your Versa 2 image > Tap Amazon Alexa > Logout.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app and your watch are updated to the latest version.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, go back to the Amazon Alexa screen and login with Amazon. Follow the instructions to log in and try using Alexa one more time.

Hi Lizzy,

 

I’m having the same issue as Dave. Not getting an error message or anything. It says it’s listening but doesn’t hear me and then eventually times out. I’ve tried your recommendation and just about every other possible solution with no luck. Please help.
