Alexa is listening but doesn't seem to hear me. Seems to have started after the latest update. I've tried rebooting, deleted my watch and resynced and logged out and back into Amazon. Nothing send to make it work.using Samsung Galaxy s8+

Is your microphone on. Check settings?
Are you able to respond to a text notification by voice?

I have made sure my microphone is on. I have also reset, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset factory settings, made sure it was on 2G wifi and everything else that has been suggested. Alexa isn't hearing me on the Fitbit versa 2.
